Clean Beauty

Having an awareness of what you’re putting ON your body is so important. Skin is the human body’s largest organ, so what we use topically really does have an internal impact. Transitioning to a CLEANER beauty routine is most certainly a process, but don’t let that hold you back.

A FEW OF MY SUGGESTIONS TO GET YOU STARTED

1. Start somewhere, anywhere. Small changes do make a difference. You don’t need to go ALL in at once. Let it be a process.  

2. A really great resource I like to use is EWG’s Skin Deep Database. This is an amazing tool to determine whether or not a product contains potentially toxic chemicals.

3. A few basic swaps you can start with are: deodorant, sunscreen, and/or body moisturizer.  

4. Most importantly, experiment and find what works best for YOU! Not all of my products are non-toxic, but I definitely try and opt for something cleaner when I can.
