Ingredients

  • 1 full bunch parsley – stems removed
  • 1/2 bunch cilantro – stems removed ⁣⁣
  • 2 garlic cloves ⁣⁣- pressed
  • 1 lemon – juiced ⁣⁣
  • 1/4 cup red wine vinegar⁣
  • 1 tbsp. red pepper flakes
  • 1-2 tbsp. shallot or red onion ⁣⁣
  • 2/4 cups olive oil

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a food processor.
  2. Slowly stream in the olive oil until well combined.
