Ingredients
- 1 full bunch parsley – stems removed
- 1/2 bunch cilantro – stems removed
- 2 garlic cloves - pressed
- 1 lemon – juiced
- 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
- 1 tbsp. red pepper flakes
- 1-2 tbsp. shallot or red onion
- 2/4 cups olive oil
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a food processor.
- Slowly stream in the olive oil until well combined.
