Ingredients
- 1 fennel bulb sliced (I used a mandolin)
- 3 radishes sliced (mandolin)
- 1-2 tbsp. fresh dill
- 1/2 lemon juiced
- 2-3 tbsp olive oil (more or less depending on your preference)
- 1 tsp. apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 tsp. raw honey
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Slice fennel and radish – add to a large bowl.
- Remove the hard stem from the fresh dill and discard, add the feathery part to the bowl.
- In a small bowl combine all other ingredients for the dressing.
- Add dressing to the large bowl and mix.
