Ingredients

  • 1 cup boiling water ⁣⁣⁣⁣
  • 1-inch fresh ginger peeled & thinly sliced or grated OR organic ginger tea
  • 1 tbsp. fresh lemon juice 
  • 1 tsp. raw honey
  • 1 slice lemon for garnish ⁣⁣⁣⁣(optional)

Instructions

  1. Pour boiling water into a mug.
  2. Add ginger slices OR tea bag and lemon juice. 
  3. Cover and let sit for 5-10 minutes. 
  4. Add honey.
