Ingredients
- 1 cup boiling water
- 1-inch fresh ginger peeled & thinly sliced or grated OR organic ginger tea
- 1 tbsp. fresh lemon juice
- 1 tsp. raw honey
- 1 slice lemon for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Pour boiling water into a mug.
- Add ginger slices OR tea bag and lemon juice.
- Cover and let sit for 5-10 minutes.
- Add honey.
