Ingredients
- 1 cup raw macadamia nuts (soaked)
- 3-4 cups filtered water
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract or fresh vanilla bean (optional)
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon (optional)
Instructions
- Soak macadamia nuts in filtered room temperature water for approx. 2 hours.
- Rinse well and drain.
- Blend all ingredients in a high-speed blender until well combined – about 1 minute.
- Pour the liquid through a nut milk bag or cheesecloth.
*Shake well before use. Store in a sealed container in the fridge for up to 5 days.
