Ingredients

  • 1 cup raw macadamia nuts (soaked)
  • 3-4 cups filtered water
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract or fresh vanilla bean (optional)
  • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon (optional)

Instructions

  1. Soak macadamia nuts in filtered room temperature water for approx. 2 hours.
  2. Rinse well and drain.
  3. Blend all ingredients in a high-speed blender until well combined – about 1 minute. ⁣⁣
  4. Pour the liquid through a nut milk bag or cheesecloth.
    *Shake well before use. Store in a sealed container in the fridge for up to 5 days. ⁣
