Ingredients
- Pizza crust (I used a vegan/gf cauliflower one from erewhon market, I also like simple mills or you can make your own)
- Marinara sauce (I used organico bello pizza sauce)
- Garlic spread (you can omit or sub depending on preference/availability)
- Heirloom tomato – thinly sliced
- Wild arugula
- Salt & pepper to taste
- Optional toppings- fresh basil, olive oil drizzle
Instructions
- Bake crust at 350/375°F for 5 minutes (or follow instructions for the crust you are using).
- Remove crust from the oven and add garlic spread, marinara sauce, and sliced tomatoes.
- Add additional garlic spread and salt & pepper.
- Bake for 10-15 minutes (or follow instructions for the crust you are using).
- Top with arugula, olive oil drizzle, and fresh basil.
