Ingredients
- 1 lb. organic ground turkey – white meat
- 1 organic pasture-raised egg
- 2 tbsp. fresh parsley – chopped
- 1 tbsp. stone-ground mustard
- 1 tbsp. red onion – minced
- 3 tbsp. green onion – chopped
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 2-4 tbsp. almond flour
- Salt & pepper to taste
- Avocado oil for cooking
- Butter lettuce for serving
- Optional toppings- avocado, red onion & sauce of your choice
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and mix well.
- Add almond flour as needed to bind the mixture.
- Form mixture into patties and set aside.
- Heat a skillet over medium and add avocado oil.
- Add patties to heated skillet and cook through (approx. 6 minutes on each side).
- Place on butter lettuce, add preferred toppings, and serve with a side of baked sweet potato fries if desired.
