Ingredients
- 1/2 cup gluten-free oat flour
- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk (or plant-based milk of choice)
- 1 ripe banana – mashed
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- Coconut oil for cooking
- Optional toppings- fresh strawberries & raw honey
Instructions
- Combine dry ingredients in a medium bowl.
- Mash banana and combine other wet ingredients in a large bowl.
- Add dry mixture to wet and mix until well combined.
- Heat a skillet over medium and add coconut oil.
- Add batter to preheated skillet and cook for about 3-4 minutes on each side (they should be slightly golden).
- Top with desired toppings.
