  1. Combine dry ingredients in a medium bowl.⁣⁣
  2. Mash banana and combine other wet ingredients in a large bowl.
  3. Add dry mixture to wet and mix until well combined. 
  4. Heat a skillet over medium and add coconut oil.
  5. Add batter to preheated skillet and cook for about 3-4 minutes on each side (they should be slightly golden).
  6. Top with desired toppings.
